Hoje escolhi um look bem simples e confortável mas com atenção nos detalhes, introduzindo algumas tendências da nova estação como os metalizados e as gargantilhas. Perfeito para os primeiros dias de aulas ou para passear na cidade de forma descontraída mas com um ar cool. Para quem quiser, podem substituir o casaco biker preto por um cinza metalizado que está super na moda! 

Today I choose a simple and casual look giving more importance to the details, you can see in it some of the trends of this season like the metallics and the chockers. Is perfect for the first days of the school or for a walk in the city when we want to feel comfortable but still looking cool. If you want you ca as well replace the black biker jacket by a grey metallic one that it's super fashionable now!

Oktober fest style

Algures entre o fim de Setembro e o início de Outubro celebra-se um dos mais famosos festivais da Alemanha, o Oktober Fest. O original fica mesmo em Munique mas em todas as cidades encontram-se locais para celebrar a festa da cerveja. Aqui em Berlim existe um restaurante que mantém o espírito do festival o ano todo, Hofbräu, e fica bem perto da Alexander Platz. 

Muitas pessoas vestem-se a rigor com o traje tradicional da Bavária para a festa mas os tradicionais podem custar bastante, por isso se estão a pensar dar um saltinho a Alemanha por estes dias e querem entrar no espírito do festival, aqui ficam dois looks made in Zara para se inspirarem nas blusas de folhos, nos coletes de atilhos e nas saias rodadas. Não se esqueçam de completar o look com um penteado de tranças bem tradicional.

Somewhere between late September and early October is celebrated one of the most famous festivals of Germany, the Oktober Fest. The original is in Munich but in all cities there are places to celebrate the festival of the beer. Here in Berlin there is a restaurant that keeps the festival spirit all year, Hofbräu, and is very close to Alexander Platz.

Many people dress up with Bavarian traditional costumes for the party but the original ones can cost a lot, so if you are thinking about taking a little jump to Germany these days and want to get into the spirit of the festival, here are two looks made in Zara to inspire you in the blouses with frills, the lace up vests and the skirts. Dont forget to complete the look with a traditional hairstyle with braids.

Bread & Butter by Zalando - Mint & Berry

Aqui está a segunda parte do post anterior onde vos quero falar de uma marca que foi novidade para mim. A Mint&Berry, é uma marca daqui de Berlim com um estilo que adoro, super feminino e romântico, de inspiração 70'. A marca tem desde roupa a acessórios e calçado em pele e é relativamente recente. Uma ótima aposta para encontrar peças diferentes e alternar com as marcas mais conhecidas.
Desta vez não resisti e acabei por comprar uma saia plissada que já há muito queria. O facto de ter um acabamento acetinado em cor de vinho e cair muito bem no corpo fez com que optasse por esta. Confesso que se pudesse trazia muitas outras coisas mas quero poupar-me para as próximas compras e fazer uma atualização do guarda roupa de Outono.

Here is the second part of the previous post where I want to talk about a brand that was new to me. Mint & Berry, is a brand from here in Berlin with a style that I love, super feminine and romantic, inspired in the 70 '. They have from clothes to accessories and leather shoes and is relatively recent in the market. It's a great option to find different pieces and alternate with the high street brands.
This time I couldn't resist and I ended up buying a pleated skirt that I wanted for a while. The fact of having a satin finish in burgundy color and a great cut  that fall very well in the body made me chose for this one. I confess that if I could I would buy many other things but I want to save myself for the next shopping and upgrade my Autumn wardrobe.

Bread & Butter by Zalando - Gigi x Tommy

Bom dia! Ontem estive no evento Bread & Butter by Zalando que decorre desde sexta até hoje na Arena de Berlim mesmo ao pé do rio em treptowerpark. Um evento que serviu para descobrir novas marcas e tendências. Estiveram presentes marcas como Adidas, Levis, Nike, Reebok, Vans, G-Star Raw, Selected, Fossil, Hello kitty, Lee, Eastpak, Topshop, Converse, Mint&Berry, Stance... Durante o dia entre desfiles e dj sets era também possível conversar com os responsáveis de cada stand e em alguns deles podíamos comprar os artigos da marca e personaliza-los. Acabei por descobrir que a Fossil, por exemplo, já oferece este serviço há algum tempo onde se podem gravar iniciais, datas ou mensagens nos relógios, bijuteria e carteiras. O meu stand preferido e também o de maior destaque era mesmo o da coleção da Gigi Hadid para a Tommy Hilfiger. A coleção está lindíssima, toda ela inspirada no estilo náutico e pensada para a estação fria. Fiquei a morrer de amores por várias peças e tive que me controlar bastante para não perder a cabeça! :p

Good Morning! Yesterday I was at Bread & Butter by Zalando event that runs from Friday till today at the Berlin Arena right next to the river in treptowerpark. An event to discover new brands and trends. we could find brands such as Adidas, Levis, Nike, Reebok, Vans, G-Star Raw, Selected, Fossil, Hello kitty, Lee, Eastpak, Topshop, Converse, Mint&Berry, Stance... During the day between fashion shows and dj sets it was also possible to talk with the people working in each stand and in some of them we could buy the brand products and customize them. I ended up discovering that Fossil, for example, already offers this service in their shops where you can engrave initials, dates or messages in watches, jewelry and wallets.
My favorite stand and also the most popular was the one with the collection of Gigi Hadid for Tommy Hilfiger. The collection is beautiful, all of it inspired by nautical style and designed for the cold season. I was dying for several pieces and had to control myself enough to not lose my head! :P

Bye Bye Summer!

Olá estou de volta! Depois de umas mini-mini férias em Portugal, regressar custou menos um bocadinho porque por Berlim ainda está bom tempo. Tenho tentado aproveitar os últimos raios de sol nas piscinas e lagos da cidade e na minha varanda.
Apesar do bom tempo o calendário não espera e hoje já começa Setembro, o início de um novo ano escolar, de uma nova etapa, de uma nova estação. Para mim é o mês do meu aniversário e sempre guardei boas lembranças  desta época do ano. As noites vão ficando mais frias mas os dias ainda estão bons e as últimas festas de verão ainda estão aí.

Hello I'm back! After a mini-mini holidays in Portugal, return was a bit less hard because in Berlin there's still good weather. I have tried to enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the pools and lakes of the city and even on my balcony.
Despite the good weather, the calendar doesn't waits, so today already starts September, the beginning of a new school year, a new stage, a new season. For me is the month of my birthday and I always kept good memories of this time of the year. The nights are becoming colder but the days are still warm and the last Summer parties are still running.
